Tentaroo Year-Round Reservations Open June 15th for 2019-2020

Year-Round Reservations open June 15th at 9:00am for September 2019 to May 2020.

Currently, units can register for a weekend or an event at Camp Tuckahoe, Hidden Valley Scout Reservation, Camp Conewago, or Wizard Scout Ranch until May 2019.  Additionally, reservations for the 2019 Camping Season are also open.

Starting on June 15th, the New Birth of Freedom Council will open up reservations for September 2019 to May 2020.  Reservations officially open at 9:00am.  You will be able to make reservations for all of the New Birth of Freedom Council Camping Facilities.  In order to aid your unit in selecting weekends for your events, you can view the Council Calendar as well as the District Calendars.  Each unit is provided a full print version of the calendar at or after Program Launch.

To help your unit prepare:

1. Make sure you have your unit’s current username and password.
2. Make sure you know what dates your unit would like to reserve as well as the facility.  Note:  This year you will be able to reserve specific campsites.
3. Reservations are not complete until the reservation is paid for.  It is recommended that you complete each reservation individually.  Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
4. If you are planning to make a reservation for KLONDIKE DERBY, please review the process which is here and printed in the Council Calendar.  Initial reservations must be made by contacting your District Executive and then you will be provided a Tentaroo link.
