Carlos Inacio has somehow managed to find the time to fashion quite an accomplished Scouting resume in a relatively short number of years.
An Eagle Scout (1985), Carlos currently serves as the District Commissioner, Keystone Capital District – a position he has held since 2015. Carlos has also served as Assistant District Commissioner (2013-15) and as Unit Commissioner since 2012.
Additionally, Carlos has coordinated the Keystone Capital District’s Pinewood Derby and Merit Badge College for multiple years, and his outstanding service to youth was recognized with the District Award of Merit in 2015.
Carlos has also been active as a direct contact leader at the unit level, serving from 2010-11 as an Assistant Den Leader for Pack 201, chartered to Union Deposit United Methodist Church, prior to becoming the pack’s Cubmaster from 2011-15. In addition to his current district-level responsibilities, Carlos is presently an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 66, chartered to the Hummelstown United Church of Christ.
He has received the Commissioner Arrowhead award in 2012, the Scouter’s Training Award (2013), Scouter’s Key (2014) and the Unit Leader Award of Merit (2015).
A resident of Hummelstown, Carlos received his Wood Badge beads in 2011 and served on the faculty for the 2017 Wood Badge course. He has also served on faculties for Trainer’s Edge, Scoutmaster Specific, Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills, BALOO and Commissioner College training courses.
